    Terms & Conditions​
    • Lessee shall use the equipment in a careful, safe and appropriate manner and shall comply.
    • All rental will be paid in full before the check-in date.
    • Lessee agrees not to attempt to repair or materially alter the physical or otherwise makeup of the studio / equipment under any circumstances regardless of fault.
    • Tickle U video production reserve the right to claim back any damages from the studio or rental equipments. An official receipt will be given out from the repair. 
    • When return the rental equipments please do always check all the equipments are all in place inside the equipment bag.
    • A deposit must be paid for studio or equipment rental service to lock in schedule date.
    • The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE as we have set aside that rental date for you. 
    • Serious law action will be taken for those who do not follow the SOP and studio regulations.​

    Studio Rental SOP

    1) Talents/Client/Crews need to have 2 fully vaccinated doses with certificate proof.
    2) All member need to QR code scan MySejahtera for check in and check out during shoot.
    3) Check each member's body temperature before enter the studio.
    4) Production crews only need to wear double masks for the entire photo shoot/ filming time. Only talent / model no need wear mask during video or photo shoot time.
    5) If someone not feeling well / has high temperature / or serious coughing, the production shoot will be called off and will be postponed another date for further notice.
