Camera & Equipment Rental – Terms & Conditions

By booking or renting any camera, lens, lighting, audio, drone, or other equipment from Tickle U Video Production, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Agreement & Acceptance

By signing the quotation, rental agreement, booking form, or by making payment for the equipment rental, the Customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

  • Agree to comply with all rental requirements.

  • Accept responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

  • Agree to pay any applicable charges arising from damage, loss, theft, missing items, or late return.

  • Authorise Tickle U Video Production to charge applicable costs against the security deposit or request additional payment where necessary.
