    Terms & Conditions

    • Tickle U video production reserve the right to use any video or photograph taken by our staff for promotional use in any media forms. 
    • Tickle U video production reserves the copyright of video or photo taken by our staff.
    • If any client does not want their video or photos to be published on promotional materials, clients must inform our staff before the production session.
    • A deposit must be paid for any photography service packages in order to lock in schedule date.
    • The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE as we have set aside that date for you. 
    • The finalized of photos will take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks to process.
    • Please feel free to contact us to see how the progress is going after 2 weeks.
    • When the final photos done, if clients request for re-shoot or re-edit photo, there will be additional charge depends the length of the photography. There will be no addition charge if the final photos have some technical error.
