Tickle U video production reserve the right to use any video or photograph taken by our staff for promotional use in any media forms.
Tickle U video production reserves the copyright of video or photo taken by our staff.
If any client does not want their video or photos to be published on promotional materials, clients must inform our staff before the production session.
A deposit must be paid for any video or photography service packages in order to lock in schedule date.
The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE as we have set aside that date for you.
The finalised videos or photos will take anywhere from 2 - 5 days to process.
Please feel free to contact us to see how the progress is going.
When the final videos done, if clients request for re-edit video it need to be additional charge depends the length of the videos. There will be no addition charge if the final videos can't play or have some technical error.
