Our disclaimer 

1. Tickle U Video Production reserves the right to use any photograph and videography taken by our staff for promotional use either for website, magazines, banners, flyers and on any other promotional materials.
2. Tickle U Video Production reserves the copyright of each photo and video taken by our staff. Photos and videos included or sold are for personal use only. 
3.  If any client does not want their photos and videos to be published on promotional materials, such clients must inform our staff before the photographic and videography session.
4. The initial fee must be paid before a videography session. A deposit of 30% must be paid for any wedding photography videography packages in order to lock in booking dates. Failure to do so might result in date being booked by someone else.
5. The 30% deposit (*Depends on Individual Package Price) is NON REFUNDABLE as we have set aside that date for you. 
6. Additional hours on the actual wedding day will be charged. 
7. Wedding Videography packages must be paid in FULL either before or on the actual wedding day, as we cannot afford to wait for a couple after their honeymoon as most work would have been done by then by our creative staff. Failure to do so will result in a surcharge upon pick up. 
8. If Tickle U Video Production is attending the wedding reception, we are to be seated in the same room as guests. Please provide us some food and drinks so we do not have to walk off and miss out on any moments of the reception. 
9. We usually are able to process a session within two weeks of session, but please understand that sometimes we do run behind, as we are only humans. Wedding Photos Videos will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to process, and sometimes more during peak season.
10. If we haven’t gotten in contact with you in 2-3 weeks, please feel free to contact us to see how the progress is going.
11. For economic wedding video packages, we hope our clients understand that we might not able to cover all the scenes expectably. The reason is that the wedding package only has 1 (ONE) videographer, it will be difficult to cover all the precious scenes accordingly. If you really want to make sure the precious moments would not missed out, we suggest our clients to have 2 videographers wedding packages.
12. When the final wedding videos done, if clients request for re-edit video it need to be additional charge depends the length of the wedding videos. There will be no addition charge if the final wedding videos can't play or have some technical error.

We hope that you are willing to sign in a paper or fill in the online form for our agreement, so that we can have a mutual understanding before we proceed for your wedding video shoot.
